Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VireLix. Here is how shipping works.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery time

United States: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of the order date. This includes the time we need to process your order.

Other countries: we ship internationally. Delivery outside the United States takes longer and varies by destination.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and busy periods can add time.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

Orders with several items

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders delivered outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at virelixstores@gmail.com with your order number and we will put it right.
