Two ways to find your order. If you have a tracking number already, use the first box. If you don’t — or you’re not sure whether it has shipped yet — use the second.
Track your parcel
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left the warehouse. Paste it below and we’ll look it up across every major carrier.
A new tracking number often shows no movement for the first few days. That gap is the carrier’s first scan catching up — it doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong.
Check your order status
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout to see every order you’ve placed, its current status, and its tracking link once it ships.
Checked out as a guest? Your order confirmation email has a View your order link that works without an account. Search your inbox for “VIRELIX” — and check your spam folder, since order emails sometimes land there the first time.
