Pick Medium, Large or XL-XXL by your waist and hips, then choose your length: regular if you're 5'1"–5'6" (155–168 cm), Tall if you're 5'7"–5'10" (170–178 cm). Tall sizes are the same fit with a longer leg. Between sizes? Size up — the fleece lining has less stretch than plain tights.
